1. Who we are
Belvedere AI aka InternetTechnologyServices.com ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI phone receptionist service that answers calls in a voice you provide, screens callers according to rules you set, and records and transcribes the resulting calls. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Belvedere AI and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, and the phone number you register to forward calls from. If you tell us you're using Belvedere AI for a business, we also store the company name, industry, and business description you provide.
Voice recordings for cloning
If you choose to clone your voice, we collect the audio sample you record or upload and your explicit consent to have it cloned. That sample is sent to our voice-cloning subprocessor to create your voice model, and the original audio file is deleted from our storage immediately afterward — we do not keep a copy of your source recording. If you instead choose a stock voice, no voice sample is collected at all.
Call recordings and transcripts
Every call your assistant handles is recorded and transcribed so you can review what was said. Recordings, transcripts, the caller's phone number, and call duration are stored in your account and accessible from your dashboard.
Payment information
Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe processes and stores payment details under its own privacy policy.
Usage data
We collect basic analytics (pages visited, general performance metrics) about use of our website and dashboard to help us keep the product working well.
3. How we use your information
- To operate your AI assistant — answering, screening, and recording calls on your behalf
- To build and maintain your cloned voice, if you choose to create one
- To personalize your assistant with the business details you provide
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send you account, billing, and call-activity notifications
- To detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Call recording and your callers
Because Belvedere AI records and transcribes calls, you are responsible for complying with call-recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of anyone who calls you — including any requirement to notify callers that the call may be recorded or handled by an automated assistant. We do not monitor or verify your compliance with these laws; that responsibility is yours.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following subprocessors, solely to provide the service:
- ElevenLabs — voice cloning and text-to-speech
- Vapi — call routing, telephony, and AI conversation infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing and billing
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting and basic analytics
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Belvedere AI, our users, or the public.
6. Data retention
We retain account information, your active voice model, and call recordings/transcripts for as long as your account is active, so you can review your call history. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between accounts — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Belvedere AI is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 16 years of age.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard before they take effect.
